FY 24 Summer Camps

The STEM-For-All Partnership in conjunction with Club SciKidz is offering FREE STEM SUMMER CAMPS for Grades PreK-7+

WHEN: July 15-19, 2024, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

PreK-K: Camp Little Maker

Campers will use their young skills to create and build a multitude of exciting projects like building a solar night light, exploring, growing plants, creating ocean slime, and more!

Grades 1-3: Junior Physician

Campers will learn that their bodies are miles of blood vessels, hundreds of muscles, many thousands of hairs, a furnace, a filter, AND a fancy computer through projects like building lung models, skin prints, and more!

Grades 1-3: Grossology

Campers will participate in loads of disgustingly fantastic experiments! Tons of chemistry and biology for the future scientist with experiments like bulging bags of brains, eyeball acrobatics, bird barf, and more.

 Grades 4-7+: Emergency Veterinarian Medicine

Campers will complete experiments and projects that will allow them to investigate the real and exciting field of veterinary medicine including learning to perform a pet's physical exam, building a heart pump, crayfish dissections, and more!

 Grades 4-7+: Advanced Lego Robotics with SPIKE

Campers will use The LEGO Education SPIKE Prime set to study how robots can complete tasks in space that humans cannot. SPIKE Prime helps campers learn the essential STEM and 21st-century skills needed to become the innovative minds of tomorrow. 

 REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, a parent/guardian needs to agree to ALL the following:

  • student will attend all 5 days of the camp;
  • the parent will provide to/from camp transportation; and
  • the parent will send a daily sack lunch, snacks, and water bottle for your child.
